A Year and a Half of Change January 2024 - August 2025

**Good Afternoon Everyone,** Here I am, joining the contest by @Eirolfeam2to share the amazing changes my life has gone through from January 2024 to August 2025 Everyone begins a new year with fresh hopes and dreams, and so did I. Looking back at 2024, My Journey has been full of both challenges and unforgettable moments. At the start of the year, I was in my 5th semester. University life was going on, as usual just routine classes, missed trips, and canceled plans. My 6th semester passed in a similar way by July. Later that year, **I started an internship at one of the most renowned industry of my country.** It turned out to be an amazing learning experience, which I successfully completed in September. At the same time, our family was busy preparing for my sister’s wedding in October. We were all excited, but just a week before the wedding, we received the heartbreaking news of a close relative’s death. **The joy quickly turned into sorrow.** At first, we thought of cancelling the wedding, but since relatives from abroad had already arrived and cousins had taken leave, we decided to continue. However, the celebration was kept simple without music and dance. After my sister’s wedding, my 7th semester began in October. **Those were the days of making lasting memories with friends before graduation.** But on 5th February, I fell seriously ill and missed one of my final exams. Since the university did not conduct a retake, I was left deeply disappointed. Two weeks later, the 8th semester began. At the start, we had our farewell party, which was truly memorable. Throughout the semester, I created many beautiful memories.

By July, final exams were held, and everyone celebrated graduation except me. Because of that one missed exam, my degree was delayed. At first, I cried a lot when the university told me I would have to wait until the next batch to sit for the exam. But later, I decided to take it in the summer instead. Since then, while others rested, I continued going to university for that one subject. Sometimes I felt disheartened, being the only student in class, but I accepted it as my destiny, believing something good might come from it. Alongside, I had to focus on my research work and thesis, so my presence at university was still necessary. Recently, I gave my midterm exam while my father was hospitalised. Those were difficult days, but this time, I didn’t let the situation stop me. **Now, I’m preparing for my final exam on 15th September, after which I will finally graduate.** Meanwhile, I’ve also been giving private tuitions and doing crypto trading, which helped me earn enough for myself. Looking back, this one year has been full of ups and downs joy, sorrow, illness, responsibilities, and growth.
