Hello, friendly noisemates! This is just my simple way of greeting everyone! I just took a picture of my simple breakfast here, one of my favorite, 'pansit palabok'. I just ordered it from my nephew who cooks breakfast every morning. He also caters, so everything he cooks is delicious because cooking is in his heart. Have a blessed Friday, everyone!

all time favorite even here in our locations there are so many rstaurants who sell palabok and one of the best breakfast meal it is better to have a bread as well

Spaghetti with boiled egg? Very weird
It is not spaghetti, we call it pansit palabok or pansit malabon. Here are the ingredients: Ingredients 1 lb thick rice noodles 1/2 lb pork belly boiled and sliced 1/2 cup annatto seeds diluted in 1/2 cup water also known as annatto water 3/4 cup shrimp juice 3 tablespoons fish sauce patis 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced 1 medium-sized onion minced 1/4 cup pork rinds chicharon, pounded 1/2 cup pork rinds chicharon, pounded 1 piece lemon quartered 3 pieces hard boiled eggs sliced 1 tablespoon parsley chopped 2 tablespoons toasted garlic.
Oh sorry. This pasta is very similar to spaghetti. Looks nice
