Hello friends! Have you finished cooking your dish for lunch? This morning my noise friend named Rafzat asked me how's milkfish made? She thought we put milk inside it. This is for you my dear. This is what i cooked with milkfish earlier. we call it "paksiw". i cooked it and simmer in vinegar, ginger, onion and green chili. i also added eggplant to make it more delicious. I eat lots of rice whenever I eat paksiw na milkfish with eggplant.😋 How about you kaingay? What did you cook for lunch?
