I have a lot memoirs with that type of lamps, i still remember when i was kid i used to visit my grandparents on a village in countryside, in that time they didn't have electricity, so i really enjoyed the atmosphere and how they was using the light of this lamp and sleeping early.

This is called lanterns. I am also familiar with it. Several years ago Load-shedding was common in our area. And so we used to keep this lanterns at our home.
