I feel nostalgic for those days when we used to build our homes only with stones. The young men of the village would build the sturdy stone house in one day. The women prepare food from the wheat produced by the village, the eggs produced by our chickens, and the oil from our olives. We were kings because money had no effect on our lives, but today money has turned into a king who rules the world.

Yeah. Many people are doing this now by the way because they are sick of civilization and modern technology. They save money and when they have enough they will move to some distant place, build their own house, plant vegetables and fruit and live like that. It sounds cool and peaceful but not everyone can do it. I know I'd not be able to... I'm too dependent on internet and technology. :)
