I came up with 3 thoughts at once, and I agree with each one. At first we want to change the world, but as we get older we realize that the most we can do is to change ourselves so that the world becomes better for its small part, for each of us. Actor Yuri Nikulin: If each of us can make another person happy, at least one, everyone on earth will be happy. Writer Viktor Pelevin (about Russia, but this also applies to the world): If history teaches us anything, it's that everyone who tried to equip Russia ended up with her equipping them.
