This is how our ancestors used to make their own pizza. Well, it's not pizza in the strict sense, but it's the pizza of their time. They were grinding and squeezing red peppers and putting them on the dough with some delicious olive oil. They were also grinding wild thyme and adding sumac, salt and sesame to it Then it is mixed with olive oil and then poured over the dough, and the result is a distinctive pie.

Today I made an exploration tour of my new place of residence and I liked this magical road. It made me feel like I'm in a Harry Porter movie. Nice to feel some magic somewhere. Even if there is some horror in this magic. This is interesting and fun. I wish everyone happy times🌹🌹
