Ayer compartí una foto de Castrillo de los Polvazares, un pueblo de León famoso por los cocidos maragatos, además de por su arquitectura típica. Ahora os pongo la foto de un cocido maragato, que se caracteríza por comerse al revés que un cocido nomal: primero la carne, luego los garbanzos con las verduras (sin caldo), y por último, la sopa con los fideos. --------------------------------------------------------------- Yesterday I shared a photo of Castrillo de los Polvazares, a town in León famous for its "cocidos maragatos", in addition to its typical architecture. Now I put the photo of a "cocido maragato", which is characterized by being eaten the other way around than a normal stew: first the meat, then the chickpeas with the vegetables (without broth), and finally, the soup with the noodles. #FoodPhotography
