Quesos frescos hechos en casa, por mi, y de una forma sencilla y entretenida. Aquí pongo tres de los que he hecho, probando diferentes leches. Todos buenísimos, nada que ver con los fabricados industrialmente. ------------------------------------------------- Fresh cheese made at home, by me, and in a simple and entertaining way.
