(Español & English} =============== Ayer pasé por la puerta de una carnicería que llevo viendo años al pasar, y por fin entré a preguntar. El producto que anuncian es "carne de potro", y como no la habíamos probado en casa, compré tres filetes para la comida de hoy. Según me he informado, es una de las mejores carnes que hay, con un contenido en globulos rojos bastante por encima del resto de carnes. A nosotros nos ha gustado mucho, así que repetiremos seguro. ------------------------------h Yesterday I went through the door of a butcher shop that I have seen for years, and finally I went in to ask. The product they advertise is "colt meat", and since we had not tried it at home, I bought three steaks for today's meal. As I have been informed, it is one of the best meats there is, with a content of red blood cells well above the rest of meats. We liked it a lot, so we will repeat for sure. #FoodPhotography
