3idios movie is my favorite. I think everyone likes it.But today I learned that the character that is shown in the end is taken from the life of a true teacher.And the school shown there is located in Ladakh, between India and Pakistan.And to get into this school you have to fail the metric.Only those who fail matriculation can enter this school.And something more wonderful at that school.

Just as elections are held in the country, elections are also held in those schools. The students hold that election and form a government.The students formed various ministries and later ran the school.Not only that, the school has a railway station inside the campus just like the country has a railway station.They have a specific newspaper. There are differences in their education system.Unlike other countries, they are taught not by books but by hand.As we have read in biology we have done many things in nutrition.But they make their own food and make jam jelly and sell it in their market.And while making that jam jelly, they know which one has better nutritional value and which one has worse nutritional value.And when they sell that jam or jelly they understand how to market which one is better marketed.And at the same time they understand economics.Not only this, with the help of these products they are able to collect the income at the end of the year and go to the rest of India.Through this they learn geography.

Just think how wonderful the thing is.Not to mention that it is actually different from other countries in the world.And the science that is being talked about recently is being taught to them by hand.For example, in Ladakh - the temperature is 15 degrees Celsius.They build their own schools.Those schools are made of soil but outside - 15 degrees Celsius but inside the school plus 15 degrees Celsius.The reason the institute is more popular is because they do their work with the water that comes from the iceberg.And recently they have developed another technology that allows them to make ice again when the water comes in.Problems such as global warming in real life could be solved with the technology used here.Fungsuk WangduIts real name is Sanam Wangchuk.

The words that Sanam Wangchuck said last were very inspiring.The lessons that are taught in books in our school life are not in our heads.Because when we read about things we don't see, they don't come to mind. Again, they are not given importance.The only rule of his school is to teach what is meant to be practically explained in real life.Another dream of mine is to build a university in Ladakh and it will be named dowrs.Therefore, everything that will be taught in his school is hand-in-hand.How much better we would be if we had such a system in our education system.
