Most of my classmates and friends told me to run for the next election on our University. They said that I am good leader and listener as well, that I am capable on doing the responsibility as a leader. But you know what? I refuse to run on the school election . Not because I am afraid to lose but because I know that I can be also a good leader without a position. Yes, position can give you more authority but let's not forget that the true essence of being a good leader is even though you don't have an authority and position, you can still handle your people with pride and smile. Every one can be a leader if they want to.
