Maybe you never heard about this food? I'm from Indonesia and we call this "kerupuk Bangka" (The basic ingredients are fish and tapioca flour). What is clear is that I prefer to buy because it takes patience and a long process to make it. 😅 It's generally combined with Chili shrimp paste.
