Muffins with chocolate

Ingredients 250 g of smooth flour 180 g of sugar 3 teaspoons cocoa 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 baking powder a bit of salt 150 g of cooking chocolate 90 ml of oil 250 ml of milk 1 egg a few drops of vanilla aroma

1. Chop the chocolate into small cubes. In one bowl, mix the cocoa, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. 2. In another bowl, beat the egg and add the oil, milk, vanilla aroma and mix everything together until the ingredients are combined. 3. Then add all the ingredients from the first bowl and mix to combine the ingredients. Once the ingredients are combined add 2/3 of the chopped chocolate and stir. 4. Fill 3/4 of each muffin tin with this mixture (the mixture is for 12 muffins). Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate over each muffin. Place in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
