Cosmos-based DeFi Exchange Osmosis Hit by $5M Exploit

$ 5 million was stolen from Osmosis digital currency exchange pools following a hacker attack. The developers have stopped the osmosis chain at the block height of 4,713,064 to prevent further damage. The attack took place just two blocks before the network was shut down. According to the Osmosis team, the liquidity pools are not completely empty and the developers are carefully examining the amount of capital loss.
