Admit and accept that you are Experiencing Difficult Times (Part 2 Negative Self Talk)

What you may not realize is that Satan crept in when you didn't expect it, he planted seeds of **despair**, **rejection**, **bitterness**, **frustration**, **fear,** and other things that have held you for too long. These things grew in a dark place in your mind and they manifested at a time when life seemed to be unbearable. You may lose your job, lost a loved one, become discouraged because of a missed opportunity, or just a plain odd exhausted from always giving to people. You feel defeated, but you don't believe that you are depressed.

**Reminder: Denial is not your friend** Satan's greatest trick is to keep you in denial and keep you calling on the name of the Lord. NEGATIVE SELF TALK accelerates. Like the man who enjoyed drinking despite his wife's concerns, you continue to move forward, hiding your pain instead of releasing it to God.
