I checked out one of my friends and found out that she's having a hard time relating with her partner, who as we're discussing, was imprisoned due to illegal drugs. Before that, she was cheated on, humiliated, told insensible things, treated like a doormat. I told her that it's just a matter of time until he resorts to physically hurting her. I don't know if she's gonna listen but I feel sad for her. She still thinks she can change the person.
