I felt a bit emotional when Manong G, our church caretaker shared his testimony about his house getting renovated. He lives near the riverside and was destroyed when Typhoon Ulysses flooded the city. Through the collective efforts of generous people, he became a recipient of a rehabilitation project. Now his house is already renovated and fortified. He was teary-eyed while sharing how grateful he is. It was even better and beautiful and more livable than before Ulysses. We can't contain our emotions as he was thanking the Lord for the favor he received. Truly, stories like these get the best of me. Hahaha! I'm so emotional lol.
