"Childhood wounds can contaminate adult life." Currently on a Zoom class on Spiritual Formation and I'm learning a lot on how our adult issues can be traced back to our childhood hurts and unaddressed issues.

This might have actually explained why a lot of people turned bad over the years. All because of the childhood traumas they've gone through. That never really healed with time.
