Thank you, Lord, for the calm a few hours before my actual work begins. I so love the pocket of time to pause for a while, do whatever I can do that is not work-related, take a deep breath and be mindful of my surroundings. In a few minutes, I'll fill my mind with tons of info to process ~~~ Ohayou gozaimasu!
