Perhaps you signed up here because you heard that this site offers an earning opportunity. Perhaps you were looking for an additional side hustle and you stumbled upon read.cash (or noise.cash). Well, you are not technically wrong. While this site is not intended to replace your day job, it is generous enough to give few tips as a reward - but not as income!
I came here for the same reasons. But after a few days of searching for answers to the questions "why does this site give out BCH for free? And why are some people too generous with their tips?", I gained a better perspective:
We signed up to be part of a BCH movement. It is up to us to take this by heart or not.
Let me clarify my thoughts (and if I am wrong with my conclusions, please educate me. I'm more than willing to learn):
Read.cash and noise.cash were primarily intended to let people have a taste of the transactional power of BCH. Just like crypto faucets, people who participate in the said platforms were given a fraction of the cryptocurrency that they can use for their respective transactions - crypto trading and/or making purchases. The more people with crypto, the more people are expected to participate in the crypto economy.
Read.cash and noise.cash are platforms fueled by BCH. Thus participants are to circulate these BCH in and out of the platform. When I say IN - through tips, sponsorships, and boosting articles. When I say OUT - through trades and exchanges between and among BCH holders and having transactions with establishments accepting BCH as a mode of payment. We become movers of the BCH economy when we do these.
The more we use and patronize BCH as a mode of exchange, we are promoting it as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system. We become its ambassadors. We are embracing it as an alternative to our fiat money until completely we depend on its transactional ability.
As BCH holders, we have to believe in its transactional potential and power. BTC started with a lot of skeptics, but now it has established a name. But now comes a cryptocurrency better than BTC, and as beneficiaries of BCH, we are the first to believe and champion BCH as the crypto-to-go! Say it with me: BCH is the future, and we are the first to have a taste of it.
We owe it to the forerunners of BCH to spread BCH awareness in our respective circles. The tips we receive from these generous sites should not end in ourselves but should be a testament that BCH offers a better alternative as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system. There are people out there who are still not knowledgeable in cryptocurrencies; who think that it is only for the rich (because they only have BTC in mind); and those who think that crypto is too technical for them to understand. We are to spread awareness. We have to share the good news about BCH.
Until we realize that we are participating in a BCH Movement, this will only function as a money-making site giving us free tips in exchange for our participation. Just that. This thinking will lead us to think that this site owes us a monetary equivalent for every article we post. We will demand. We will expect.
However, as soon as we embrace the fact that we are partakers of the BCH for a greater reason, we will have a better understanding of this site. Our perspective will change. We will believe not just the power of our written words but also the potential of BCH. We become its willing ambassadors. Because as soon as we sign up in this site, believe it or not, we are already part of the BCH movement.
But in the end, it is up to us. It is our choice.
As I have said elsewhere, the opportunity to post anything we like on this platform, as long as we abide by the rules, is still a facet of this site's generosity.

I would say that I totally agree with you and that each of us is part of the movement now and that those who understand Bitcoin cash better will teach new users why they actually need BCH and why they should also try to earn it and probably even buy it. The truth is that Bitcoin BCH works as bitcoin without the need of third parties and it doesn't need any laws, it just needs people willing to teach others about why we all need to hold BCH and use it as well.
