In the year 2020, many bad events took place in the World and in the Philippines. Due to the pandemic of the COVID-19, the world has stopped and several million people are already infected. In the Philippines, more than 100,000 people have been infected with the deadly coronavirus.
In January, there was almost a third world war due to President Trump's assassination of an Israeli general. Following this, several volcanoes in the world erupted simultaneously.
By March, the number of COVID-19 cases in the world has begun.
In April, world events seemed to stall because of the pandemic.
In May, the Philippines had a strict quarantine.
In June, Kim Chiu's illicit issue became popular. After that, the loyal government closed ABS-CBN on July 10 by a vote of 70-11.
During the current month of August, a major explosion occurred in Beirut. With the force of the blast, it was felt almost 240 kilometers away.
These are just some of the bad events in our world and in the Philippines.
The Filipino people have only ONE prayer for this year 2020, that is, the rest of the year will be lighter following the bad events that will unfold in the new year.
A series of tests were faced by the whole world that also affected the Philippines. They bring shock, sadness, fear so everyone’s hoping for brighter days.
So, we always pray that all our problems or that we go through will also be overcome. Let us trust in the Lord that he will not forsake us!
