The Day I Enjoy The Most

Other people say that Sunday is a Family Day. Where the whole family members are present, and they will get together. It is said that God created the world in six days, and he took a rest on the seventh day. This day was Sunday, which means Sabbath. God created man in his own image. That is why on Sunday we must enjoy and rest. For me, Sunday clears away the stress and tiredness of the whole week. This day is like a pause button on my life. It allows me to breathe after a long day of my journey.
On a Sunday, I have a different time schedule. I'll just enjoy things as they come. But well, it also depends on my mood. I am a moody person, so bare with me. Lol..
The very word 'sunday' sound good for me and I am very excited when that day is near. Every Sunday, I wake up, and have a quick visit to the bathroom. I start my day with a cup of coffee. Chilling in and watching some movies while waiting for the announcement of what will be the activity for today. My mom always prepares something special for breakfast. We take our breakfast together. I am very grateful that we are able to eat at the same time. You know my parents are super busy at work.
This June 5 2022 we go to church to pray and thank him for all the blessings that he gave to us. Last Sunday, we couldn't visit the church; we just did an online mass. When we arrived the 1st mass near the end so we decided to wait for the second mass schedule. While waiting I'll go outside. By the way, my brother is with me. We bought taho our childhood food..I used to cry when my parents didn't want me to buy that food. (hayyy sobrang nakakamis maging bata).
After the mass here come the most exciting part of the day. We go to the mall to go shopping. But first, we need to eat. We always choose Jollibee. Our family's favorite fast-food chain. Since we finished our lunch, we went to the department store to buy some clothes. And, of course, my brother and I go straight to the WOF (World Of Fun); it is an arcade game. Then a few moments later, our money is just gone..We didn't get robbed; we spent all the money. Unfortunately, our ticket is not enough to get a prize, but the most important part here is we enjoy playing the arcade games.
Sometimes we don’t realize the blessings we have until we no longer have them. Appreciate all the blessings in your life, take none for granted.It’s a beautiful Sunday morning and a great opportunity to thank the Lord for reminding us how blessed we are.
