Good day readcash peeps! While cooking rice or sinaing I decided to write an article today. It's been a long time since I wrote one. But I am happy because even if I was not active for more than a month, some of my friends here still remembers me.
This afternoon I started to read some articles from a friend , bheng. And I like her article about crab mentality. So I decided to write an article about seafoods.
Seafood is a high-protein food that is low in calories, total fat, and saturated fat. High in vitamins and minerals, seafood has been shown to have numerous health benefits. For example, recent studies have shown that eating seafood can decrease the risk of heart attack, stroke, obesity, and hypertension.
Seafood refers to all fresh and salt water fish, crustaceans and shellfish. Examples of common seafood include: Fish: Anchovy, bass, bluefish, carp, cat fish, char, cod, flounder, haddock, halibut, herring, orange roughy, mahi-mahi, sardines, salmon, trout and tuna.
My daughter and I likes seafood very much just like my mother. My daughter's favorites are crabs and shrimps. She's only 1 and a half years old when started eating seafoods and we noticed that she ate a lot whenever we have seafood on our meals. At 2 when she can talk clearly she then said that her favorite food are crabs and shrimps. At an early age, I am happy that she like it than pork or any other meat because it is healthier.
