My Plant Ginger

Yesterday while walking in our backyard again, I saw my ginger plant. I was so happy that after a few days it grow a little bigger na. I never thought that I can grow a ginger plant. Two weeks ago I bought some ginger in the "sari-sari" store and I decided to try to plant some of them and see if they will grow. It will be an additional plant to our mini vegetable garden.

Ginger is a very popular spice used worldwide.  whether it be used to spice up meals, or as a medicine, the demand for ginger all over the world has been consistent throughout history.

You can also make tea from ginger which can be good to our health. Add some honey or lemon and it will bring a different nice taste for you. Some young ginger are being used a an ingredient to some food, candy, snacks and even wine.
