A 2 years ago memory Covid's biggest impact on my life was the closure of all sports activities, even outdoor parks and the Beach The alternatives were amazingly simple: YouTube videos I had never tried it before, but I'm a major fan since then This was me, mommy and son n°3 (Tiago) working out in the living room. We always end up laughing because we're so uncoordinated, anyone that saw us would think we're doing different videos 🤣🤣🤣 But it was a "life savior" and kept us fit and moving "If you're not having Fun, you're doing it wrong" #HealthyForLife #GivePeaceAChance #StopWarNOW 🌻💙💛🌻
