Drama Queen... Episode 1000000000000 😵😤 You wouldn't believe the amount of time I "wasted" because of this guy... gall... This chick 🐥 insists on leaving the nest, than he screems in despair, making so much noise.. how can a chick so little make so much noise??? 😳😳 And each time I try to grab him/her it's another ordeal, he/she's fast and tiny, hides under the rocks, jumps like an athlete... Finally I get the hold of him ... Again... And again he/she gets away from the nest... Again the pipipipipi... I went to get the net I use to clean the pool and it was easier to grab him/her... I had a big talk with the chick: Me - Can't you understand, the neighborhood cats will hear you, they'll eat you, like they did to your older brothers 🐥 - Pipipipipi Me - Calm down, you won't get old with that temper, stop making tantrum and behave, like your lil siblings in the nest 🐥 - Pipipipipi 😤😤😤😤😤😤 I got him back to the nest and 😱😱😱😱 mother chicken ATTACHED me 😱😱😱😱 The things I have to put up in my own cave 😭😭😭

That's the colorful saga of raising chickens. Sometimes it's a struggle to keep the chicks to be safe but once they had grown, you will benefit with their produce... Eggs, meat, as well as fertilizer.🤗♥️👍
I sincerely love having them around, living free in our front yard... But some days are challenging... And because I can't let them go to the backyard or else they eat all the veggies - lettuce, tomatoes, kale, etc - I keep then in the front.. but than they eat all my garden plants 😤🤣🤣🤣
