I just saved a 🐝 I know I shouldn't interfere with Nature, but my heart is weak I can't blame her, my jasmine is smelling sooooo good, it's intoxicating, she probably got distracted. I could hear her distress, but I couldn't find her. Then I spotted her, completely tangled in spider webs. I gave her a helping hand, removed most of the webs around her trying not to hurt her. And I stood around to see if she could free herself. But she had her "behind" still stuck. That's when I took the 4 photos, than I've put my phone down and grabbed with my hand, freeing her completely I opened my hand and she flew away 🤗♥️♥️♥️ This is a very special kind of Bee for me, my friend here @jtatlow taught me last year that these are Carpenter bees and I never forgotten I know that this wasn't fair for the spiders, I love them so much too. But it's so rare for me to see a Carpenter Bee in my garden, I was happy to help... Now I have to compensate Mrs Spider 🕷️ 😳🤣 In the 5th photo you can see a Carpenter Bee, a Bumblebee and a Bee, all in the same tree, as you see the Carpenter Bee is HUGE. She's completely black with a orange stripe in the back and the wings are bluish This was the highlight of the afternoon #BEeLOVE 🐝❤️❤️ #MyGarden #OldCaveWoman Edit - i was researching Carpenter bees, do you know that bees can remember/recognize human faces??? I wonder if this particular bee will remember me??? 😳
