Sunday Lunch This is one of the Most Traditional and well known Portuguese dishes: Cozido It's made with several types of different meat and chourizos ( for the carnivorous) and several veggies ( potato, kale, turnip, carrots, courgettes) made with wood fire and in a giant iron pot, cz we're many - husband, 4 sons, mom and daughter-in-law For me veggies only, obviously #PortugueseGastronomy #MyBeautifulPortugal #OldCaveWoman
