As I told you yesterday, I spent my morning with mommy, in a doctor's appointment A good thing that her doctor is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Dra Angela always tries her best not to prescribe medication, she says the same as I do: Walks, Water, good Food in less quantity. All the things I was telling mommy, Dra. Angela said it too, I was very very happy After the doctors appointment we went shopping to my favorite bio supermarket, mommy bought bio tofu, avocado ( my tree is bending with so much fruits but still none is ready to rip), whole rice, whole bread... Small changes. As the doctor told her, she has to listen to her body, it's quite simple Let's hope she does it...
