LIVING IN THE LAND OF PLENTY!!!! A day spent preparing for the future 🥰 Just like lil ants, I prepare food for the winter 🤣😋 Amazingly my Garden continues full strength, the "Self seeded" tomato plants are so much more resilient and keep producing long after the ones we bought But harvesting these tiny Marble size Cherry tomatoes takes a lot of time. So I called on the troops - my sons 🤣🤣 With a lil help was much easier 🥰 I have about 120 jars with tomato sauce, 30 with plum, pear, peach jam, Pickles... And I am using my new toy: a Dehydrator It's a hard balance between wanting to be a minimalist and preventing food to go bad This will allow me to dry our extra veggies and food, even the mushrooms we'll get from the forest soon - see photo 2, part of our wild mushroom harvest last year #LivingInTheLandOfPlenty #BioGarden #CrueltyFreeFood #OldCaveWoman

wowwwwwwww that is a lot of tomato sauce, but you also got a lot of people to feed, guess this will last for 4 or 5 month easily. And the best thing of all that hard work is you know exactly what you will get when you open up the can, not like the food you buy in a super or normal store there is such a lot of shit and chemical ingrediants in -one must get sick of that- ;)
Good storage of tomatoes.... My father do the same.. 😂
