Good Afternoon beautiful NoiseVerse Update on my friend being robbed yesterday (check my last post): Her job is taking care of a elderly couple, so she needs to go, even if she had no sleep, they depend completely on her. I went to talk with the priest, amazingly the church works really well since this "new" priest arrived, 15 y ago. Much before Covid, he establish a part of the church "income" to help the ones in need - paying pharmacy and medical bills, food, utilities, rent... Obviously he has a limited budget, right now with Covid, the requests for help have increased drastically. He sent some money and will ask for help for this specific case next Sunday Mass... I don't go to the church, but I like this man, he makes the right things, he's a little rough and arrogant sometimes, but he has a good heart. With what he sent and some I can spare, she's ok for now... Let's wait to see how ppl will respond next Sunday... It won't be easy, she's a kind working woman... But she also very unstable. She buys everything, like she can't control herself, she's known to have many debts... I think that when ppl had a very hard life, they try to balance emotionally outside... Like they can only be happy with the nails, shoes, cloths, new phones, hairdresser... Like she can't say no to everything she sees... I tell her many times: You're like a crow, you can't see anything shining 😓 Because of this she never has any money. And everytime something bad happens, she "explodes" because she doesn't have emotional stability... What caused this: so many factors... She was beat and abused since child, her husband beated her till he died from alcohol, he abused their children ( both boy & girl), her family always telling her she had to be silent and submissive... It's like she lived in a different planet... Then she had a boy with another man, but he abandoned both and lives in Australia for many years, doesn't care.... What can I say??? She's a good human being, but it seems like she does all wrong choices... And has no luck I live with less money than her, 3 children still at home, and it's enough. Because I don't need to buy everything for myself or my kids. We can be very happy with activities that don't cost us money Again... Lessons Lessons Lessons Lessons...
