I was so blessed today, this Carpenter bee allowed me to take some close photos They are giants among the bees, yet so gentle and shy, most times they fly away as soon as I try to get near I've planted these Sunflowers 2 months ago, they've been giving me so much joy 😊🥰 Check photo 5 to compare the size with other bee species #BEeLOVE 🐝❤️🌻🐝❤️🌻

yes, MarSou SuperMom that´s a real big one, but we have some ones that are even bigger than them and totaly black and blue it latin name is Xylocopa violacea until today I wasn´t able to catch any sharp imagines from them in the garden :(
