What do you think about the progress in the tipping system ? Does it should be totally unknown to us that on which basis it's getting distributed ? How does anyone totally depends on the rating system , which is unknown to many users right now ? Does it making any harassment to the quality users which were creating quality content in few hours ? Do we have right to know the criteria , or where is the white paper or the official notification about it ?
