Everyone knows that if you work in a team, then the team is as one whole that works for a common result. But there will always be a couple who will decide that they are the best among the team and this will harm everyone and only postpone the moment when the goal is achieved. Why is that?

Because people are beings with egos. It is good to be a team with a strong desire to be a leader, but I wish there weren't people whose egos come to the fore.
