In love with Apollo (the sun god), Clydie (an oak nymph) gazed all day at her beloved Sun. Although her love was not reciprocated, she continued to look at him from sunrise to sunset. One day, by a miracle, the nymph's body turned into a flower. Her legs became a slender stem and her face a sunflower. Her matted hair became a string of yellow petals. Transformed into a flower, Clydie still looked for the sun every day.

Is that the legend of that beautiful flower called sunflower? What a nice story. It will cause us to think that love is a very powerful feeling that can make someone to be loveable or beautiful. Maybe it's because love express itself in many positive ways to please the one being loved. As long as love is the motive in doing things for the loved one , it will continue to love even without being loved in return .
