My experience in getting my PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus. It was last week when I got my Loyalty Card Plus in PAG-IBIG. I recommend that before going to the branch of any PAG-IBIG office, you should fill-up the form first on what you're planning to avail (Loyalty Card Plus, Loan, MP2, etc) so that you will just fall in line and have a priority number. Once you're inside the office all you have to do is bring a valid ID with signature and P125.00 for the payment of the card. It is very useful because you can use it as ATM, bank account thru Union Bank. P.S: I suggest you to create an account thru virtual pag-ibig page so that you can monitor your contribution. 😊
