Be vigilant (jealousy kills) Yesterday, our neighbours died due to grenade-related incident. The couples were dead on the spot. The reason of the said incident was third party. Once your jealousy is at peak, you can't think correctly even the closest to you will be affected or worst it will lead to death. Talk to your spouse/partner when things are being complicated so that both parties will be aware on what's need to be fixed or not on your relationship. Life is precious…

Last week I found out that I was 6 weeks pregnant. I was super happy because I wasn't expecting to be carrying my little one in my womb. Transvaginal ultrasound was done and worries came, my cervix was open, meaning I am at high risk during my pregnancy because it's not normal to have an open cervix during the first trimester. I kept on praying that I will have a healthy baby soon.

Surgical gloves I used to hate wearing surgical gloves while on duty but since the pandemic started, it's mandatory in our facility to wear one. As the time goes by, you'll get used to it. You are not just protecting yourself from the virus that continually spreading but you are also helping and protecting those people who surrounds you. Keep safe and stay healthy everyone ♥
