Early breakfast is one of the best routine that I want to achieve everyday. Not all are aware that eating early gives you more energy. Don't skip your meal and always eat your breakfast (except when there's fasting) 😅

If somebody is going through so much pain, do not tell him/her directly that it's okay, it will just fade, instead say this 'I believe you can do it and will support you all the way'. One thing that I learned in working in the hospital is to transcribe doctor's order and their diagnosis though I'm not a medical related staff 😂 So yeah, eventhough I'm on quarantine, they still chatted me to read the chart haha.

Covid Vaccine Effectivity It was May 28, 2021 when I got my 2nd dose Aztrazeneca vaccine. We were reminded to take vitamins for 2 weeks since our immune system is still working for the antibodies. Last day, June 7, 2021, one of my closest friend got positive with his rapid antigen test. I was one of his closest contact. I hurriedly went to Red Cross for RTPCR. My result came at 7pm tonight. Scenic view. Behind the San Isidro Cathedral is where I worked for almost 8 years. It's my first job and there are several changes in my life when I started working there. You have to be strong.
