When the gloom surrounds you, look up to the sky. Have faith that there is one in Arshe Azeem who sees and hears everything. And remind yourself of this soothing verse of the Quran- "Sufficient is Allah as a Guardian and Sufficient is Allah as a Helper." [Surah Nisa: 45]
