I've seen this trait in quite a number of people, and it appears magical to me, the unusual ability to be so calm and carefree even in the worst of situations, like how do they do it. What we are more conversant with are those who are reacting to their issues and trying so hard to work things out. I don't know where to place it fully either the good or bad, it has some good to itself likewise it has some bad., you could be with someone so less concerned, so unbothered about a dire situation, yet take it with levity as though its happens very reoccurring., truly you'll be amazed at the mode of which their minds work.

Calmness is the trait that makes it good, more and more people needs to learn to catch their breathe as life would keep on going with or without your impact to it, so be more relax instead of acting like if you don't do it as quicky as possible the world would turn downside up, catching ones breath would likewise help you think better, a calmer mind processes the situation better than a tensed up mind. More reason you see expert chase people out of a sensitive situation be it medical operations, emergencies because their tension would affect both the mood and the thinking process of the worker.

Since solutions are not gotten from worries but thoughts then I guess it's best to be quite calm amidst the rush and fuss especially mentally so that you can think critically. When the deadline seems to be fast approaching and the desired result is yet to be delivered it's most likely it may never be delivered for two reason, one being the rush, the rush makes people take the wrong decision cause they won't think on all angles anymore, anything appearing as a solution would just be adopted and may lead to bigger fuss or loss, secondly because ofcourse the time is not enough, so why rush in the first place.

Nevertheless as I've earlier said, being unbothered also have its otherside. There are some instances when the unbothered nature would be seen as wrong and unacceptable. What do you make of a team player when they are all in a bad situation, everyone is panicking and worried, and you appear calm not troubled at heart, just looking and possibly thinking in your heart, should there be any short tempered person there, you'll likely be confronted and maybe accused to be the cause of the trouble. Who would understand that it's a new nature you're trying to imbibe as bothering and panicking doesn't solve.

Appearing unbothered shouldn't mean you should really be unbothered, it's a state of the mind, a mental calmness so as to come up with a well drafted plans, a plan not controlled by sentiments, a plan not controlled by the mood caused by the situation on ground, you'll attest that many times we have reflected back on our past actions and smacked out heads saying how did we think of such stupid idea, didn't we realize it was obviously a wrong idea, however back then it would appear good cause we needed to have faith in something, just anything no matter what it is.

Leaders are good in exhibiting this trait, not because they are naturally unconcerned, but cause they need to show they have the situations under control, should everyone be confused and your leader also appears confused then everyone would know they are in doom, a leader is the hope, the final source of solution, so even when they are helpless they tend to act strong and confident, however all this wouldn't matter if their minds are not calm, the mind is the main assest to profess solution. If you appear calm or you appear confused, the mind is what we need to be calm, cause from it comes the solution.

It's worth addressing for people to be aware that some dire conditions requires absolute calmness to navigate through, going tough with the rhythm of the circumstances may not be favorable, almost as a person drowning in a pool, the struggle would only increase the chances of drowning and prevent experts from helping cause they know you'll drag them so hard, mostly they wait till when helpless then rescues and resuscitate, however when told to be calm and you adhere then they are more confident to dive in to the rescue, be calm.

Thank you for reading, the word for today is "BE CALM".

As much as I wanted and tried to be so calm in a chaotic situation, no matter how hard I try to keep on telling myself to relax, there are times that I really can't. Oftentimes, I can't also manage my emotion, especially, anger. I hope I will be able to cope up with this someday.
