Yesterday was another busy Tuesday for me from home to work as I am also on a dayshift schedule.

Hello read.cash readers and Rusty, sorry if I am missing a lot here as I am trying to balance my time in consideration with my health right now. Of course, I am not getting any younger and the more I aged I really badly needed more rest. So even how busy I am, I really need even a few minutes to rest.

Back with my Tuesday, it was tiring at work though I never rendered a full overtime because I have a two game schedule in sungka. I already mentioned about sungka in my previous article. If you haven't read it, feel free to click BLUE.

I went off from work around 5:30 in the afternoon as my game schedule will be at 6 in the evening. The venue was located in our old recreation area. We arrived at the venue earlier and the door was still closed. We waited for a few more minutes until the venue door opens. While waiting, we just sit near the damage fence after the typhoon odette. It has a nice view by the sea and so relaxing. Miss to be here sometime while watching some events.

As we entered the venue, we try to make some practice games before we official start. The first sets of the game seem to consumed more time because of some protester after their game. And to close their concerns, the officials make a rematch. It ends well and everyone have good sportmanship. We have two games, we have a tie in the first game and lose in the second game. Not bad since we still ranked fourth. Sungka is a mind game and also needs some strategy in order to win. During our play, we just played the natural way. No pressure and no hassles. We just enjoyed each game just like the old days. By next week, we will have three games and I was a bit worried since I have a quiz bowl game too. Hmmm, what to choose then? I wanted to play sungka and my heart still look back to the quiz bowl game since its a team game. So any advice to which game should I play next week? Right now, I wish the quiz bowl game schedule will be move.hahaha Need to find some wishing star tonight.

After the game, I head home quickly since they wait for me for dinner. We have a little chitchat outside our home while I am cooling down. Then an old friend happen to arrive and passes us by. They are our army neighbors and this time they are reunited with their father from Korea. They drop by and have a little talk and we are just giggling talking about Jungkook, RM and the rest of BTS. Then they head home and after a few minutes, their daughter comew back with some Korean stuffs. My daughter and me seems to be in cloud 9 seeing the purple edition. That makes our day more filled with gladness.

Sometimes, these unexpected blessings and little conversations are good for the heart. Some moments that are filled with smiles in our faces. The small things that makes us happy some time are quite memories for keeps. I can tell, our family seems childish to be happy in small things and no matter how hard we are now, it never shows. We struggle each day and have each others arm to be our strength. And Tuesday was different because we are filled with gladness that let us win the battle to embrace Wednesday with another smile.
