A True Leader
**No one is born a leader, but anyone can be a true leader.** If there is one thing behind every successful story, then that is when a person still chose to lead the group on the most crucial moments when no one else does. That is the time when a true leader emerges on that individual. Being a leader is not based in our own pre-conceived understanding about ourselves. Just because you see yourself as the one who's on top doesn't mean you can act superiorly. **Being a leader is like proving yourself that you can really bring out the best in yourself and your people.** And also being a true leader is not just all about leading your people towards a certain goal, it is about being consistent in bringing the group towards accomplishing a certain goal. Even if that goal is too difficult to begin with, a true leader can still manage to face and encourage the team to continue. For me, a true leader does not set out to be just a leader for convenience. Rather, they set out to make a great difference with the help of the people supporting them. For them, **leadership is not always about the role but always about the goal.** When no one else cares, they will.
