Tonight I made this Puto Experiment π
And its not a successful one, i failed with this recipe today.
It looks like i dont know haha
One of my workmates said it is CREMA DE PUTO haha because of the toppings.
I saw a post months ago here in noise.cash about making puto and its kinda give me idea to cook too,but sadly this was really not good ππ
My workmates said that it is fine but still im not satisfy.
I watch the recipe on youtube and its kinda madali lang but, nahhh cant move on haha
Anyways, any idea or tips you could share to me on how can i make a real puto π

A tiring Sunday Evening to everyone,
Samahan mo pa ng maalinsangang panahon , nakakaloka na ayyy,,
I can say that today was a productive day for me, because I do wash clothes, cook misua with squid balls, and go to Super 8 to get my groceries, coz you know, i dont have instant noodles and delata for my emergencies heheπ

My right arm too is quite aching, maybe because napwersa sya yesterday when sila kuya is out for car repair, and im all alone left when the water in dispenser run out of wateerr, so i dont have a choice to refill the gallon with all my force..
So now, it feels like uncomfortable coz everytime i move it kicks the pain inside it.π₯π’ #NoiseCash

Today I cook Pork Menudo,
This is the 2nd time that i cook this recipe, the first time is so much water that im not really satisfied with it. And now Kuya Jomar requested this.
The sauce is much tastier and i put exact amount of water than before.

Pork Menudo
Ingredients
2 lbs. pork
1/4 lb. pig liver instead i used reno liver spread
1 cup potatoes diced
1 piece carrot cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 piece lemon intead i used calamansi
1 piece onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
4 pieces hotdogs sliced diagonally
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 to 3 pieces dried bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine pork, soysauce, and lemon in a bowl. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan
Saute garlic and onion.
Add the marinated pork. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Pour in tomato sauce and water and then add the bay leaves.Let boil and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour depending on the toughness of the pork. Note: Add water as necessary.
Add-in the liver and hot dogs.Cook for 5 minutes.
Put-in potatoes, carrots, sugar,salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 8 to 12 minutes.
Serve. Share and enjoy!
