After nagload ng pangdeliver,, pahinga lang ng kunti tapos prepare naman ng swisspac na mga order today,
Tapos pagdating ng 8, loading na ulit ng container..

Hi guys, today's recipe, I made Okoy na gulay.
It is made of the following Ingredients:
Kalabasa
Repolyo🥬
Carrots🥕
Malunggay Leaves🥗
Egg 🥚🥚
Flour
Cornstarch (pampalutong)
Seasonings like salt, pepper, sugar, ginisa mix, soy sauce, garlic and onion. 🧄🧅🧂
Mix well until you get the exact consistency.
Then Heat Oil in Pan and fried...
Tadahhhhh 👏👏
Okoy na Gulay..
You can dip it in a vinegar sauce with garlic, onion, chili and pepper with a pinch or sugar and salt to taste it .

What i miss a lot in this kind of occassion is what we call "DIRIMIN" in our province.
It is like biko but color black.
It can be eaten like a rice but it can also be cook in some gata..
I also remember that, after candle lightning, we collect those small candles left, and make a new one or a ball if we collect more.
Some people light candle today but some make it November 2. I dont know what day is right but the important is we gave respect to the souls of our beloved dead loved ones.

Una, pinahiwa ko kay bon ung chicken na maliliit tapos ginisa ko na yung bawang at sibuyas, next po ay nilagay ko na yung chicken, nilagyan ko po ng pampalasa na asin, pamintang pino, at kumting asukal. Nilagyan ko din po ng kalamansi at suka.
Nag slice din po ako ng tatlong pirasong siling haba para pampaanghang ng kunti.. maya maya nilagyan ko na ng mayonaise.
Then charan, luto na ang ating chicken sisig.

Today i cooked for the first time Kare Kare, i only used Mama Sitas Kare Kare Sauce for this recipe because its more convenient and thrift of course.
And also we use 100 peso liempo.
Yung bagoong din na di mawawalang kapartner ng kare kare na syang magpapasarap lalo dito.
Ginisa ko lang sya sa bawang with sugar and vinegar para mawala yung lansa..
Im so happy kasi another success recipe na naman today.

Another Lose Streak Night in my Mobile Legends Bang Bang Game.
I played 4 game sets and we just only wob 1 game and we also call it an Epic Comeback coz at first and the middle of the game, it felt like we were already loss. But we still managed to win at the very end, of course, the MVP in the game, no other than, yours truly 🤣🤣

Today is reallt tiring day, well as always..
Working in warehouse environment takes a lot of energy coz you really dont focus on paper works, your body needs to work also..
As a woman, i dont let my co workers do everything, if i dont have rush report I do help them working outside like im helping them to pack orders for Shopee and Lazada, I also make some compress of stocks for us to have some space for other deliveries.
The feeling that your working physically and mentally coz while your working outside your thinking also what are the things that need to be done.
My mind want to explode when I feel that multitasking plus overthinking comes in one place. 🤯
Anywayz, done with my rants guys, will let my mind rest for tonight.
