Today, I cooked this ginisang manok with pechay na something sinabawan. I really dont know what called of this because i just learned this from a friend. Happy Lunch mga kanoise, I cooked this Pinakbet na Tagalog for our meal today. According to Wikipedia, Pinakbet (also called pakbet or pinak bet) is an indigenous Filipino dish from the northern regions of the Philippines. Pinakbet is made from mixed vegetables sautΓ©ed in fish or shrimp sauce. But in here, i use salted shrimp because its all we have haha naubos na kasi ung bagoong isda. Luckily it taste good naman.
