Finally I can say na I didn't get the P550M ($9.7M) commercial property deal. I mean, what an obscene amt of money come on. 😆 Supposedly summady else bought it already. But I doubt bec seller asked me name of buyer 1st before saying it's sold. If it's already sold no need to ask the potential buyer's name and just say it's sold. Lol. Natatawa na lang ako eh. Haha. Probably not meant to be tlaga sa client ko. Kasi ang daming hassle just to be able to buy it tapos biglang sold na? Haha. Ktnxbye. As the client said, it's probably divine intervention. And I have no doubt it might be indeed. Saved from future problems! 🥰
