Alam nyo ba, there is such a thing as pastoral counseling pala. Nakita ko lang kanina during simba, may announcement. First time ko mkita merong pastoral counseling. Apparently merong mga pari na may psychology (or related) background + magbbgay ng spiritual advice para makakatulong sa atin in case we have issues and problems in life. So in case po di nyo afford magpunta sa psychiatrist, going to pastoral counseling is always free po. 😉 Check nyo sa parish/church nyo if meron available and kung anong schedule.
