Seems like worldwide there have been extreme floods happening. In Germany, Belgium, China and even here in the Philippines. Do you wonder why it has been happening more often? Do you live in Bulacan and other coastal areas in the Philippines or in another country? I would like your opinion on this matter too. See pic and look at the extent of the damage in Germany.
