I'm fixing my fan in this winter. Oh dear! No, it’s not broken or damaged but somehow the speed is not satisfactory. Maybe the capacitor is not working. So, I have to replace it first. Then, I will wrap the blades and finally it will be rested till the winter says good bye. I need to go to the shopkeeper to buy it.
